Test Prep Gurus Return & Refund Policy

At Test Prep Gurus, we are committed to providing exceptional educational services and customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy carefully:

Tutoring and Classes

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.

• Tutoring sessions and virtual classes that have already been conducted are non-refundable.

• For pre-purchased tutoring packages, we require a $1000 deposit to try two sessions. If you proceed with the full purchase of the package and complete the full payment, no refunds will be issued for unused hours. However, unused hours are transferable to other subjects, and/or to family members or friends.

Digital Products and Resources

• Digital products, including downloadable guides, practice tests, and e-books, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

• If you encounter technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase for assistance.

Workshops and Webinars

• Registration fees for workshops and webinars are refundable if cancellation requests are submitted at least 72 hours before the event start time.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 72 hours before the event. However, you may transfer your registration to another eligible event or participant.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are unsatisfied with our services for any reason, please contact our support team at support@prepgurus.com. We will work with you individually to address your concerns and find a suitable resolution.
